Salty Serenity Duplex is a pet friendly, cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath house located at ground level. This house is a 4 minute walk to the warm sand of Cocoa Beach and began operating as a vacation rental for the first time beginning June 15, 2018 after a complete remodel. This Cocoa Beach house was remodeled from top to bottom in 2018 including all new paint, flooring, coastal beach decor, furniture, flat panel smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, central heat and air conditioning, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and kitchenware.
